The ice coffee was literally just hot coffee with 3 blocks of ice in.. waitress asked if we want ice cream in, I said yes, there were no signs of actual ice cream, just a warm dark brown glass of coffee with probably a teaspoon of ice cream in that was melted by the time it reached us.. Then when I asked the waitress on the size of the glass, the didn't even try to explain, she just said it was a glass, and I did ask in detail if it was big, medium or small. She must've been hung over, I guess. The cheese and ham sandwich was absolutely horrible, the ham was polony! Yuck! And smothered in margarine. I had to add some of the Lays crisps added on the plate, to get the sandwich down my throat. For a coffee shop, I would think they would know of better, i would rather go to a Coca-cola sponsered fish shop than getting ripped off here again.

We ordered ice coffees.... one with ice the other 2 with ice cream. It arrived as WARM ice coffees. Not a sign of ice or ice cream. The toasted ham & cheese was POLOGNY! My french toast was 2 slices of pan toasted bread. No hint of any egg.
The bench we sat at was also broken. The waitress was completely ignorant about items on the menu. Will definitely NOT go back there again ??
