Hi Olivia and Faye, We reviewed both your comments and the camera footage from that night to understand exactly what happened. Coat check: The full clip shows a 9-minute-23-second wait, not 15+. The staff was assisting another guest who had lost her token and couldn’t accurately describe her coat. That delay wasn’t related to your claim of "incompetence." Exit: The video clearly shows one of you climbing over the chain to leave. When the guard went to unhook it, the other guest was directly behind him, which caused the brief contact. It was clearly not intentional, nor aggressive. Still, false accusations about aggression or "bribes for reviews" aren’t fair to the team that works hard every night.
