Food has gone down hill since chef has moved on. Currently the chef doesn't understand or know the difference between medium rare and raw. Had same experience with steak and burgers. I have refused to eat both meals on my 2 different occasions cheap alcohol does not compensate for good food. I am a local and ate here often but not anymore. Dear Stewart Thank you for your honest review. I do apologise profusely for this, and shall endeavor to make it right. I have tried to provide the best tasting and quality food possible but have fallen short in this case. We have had some staff changes and are working on finding suitable replacements. If it's all the same with you, may I reach out to you when I have identified a suitable candidate? I would like you to sample the steaks and burgers to see if they meet the standard.
