At Civico 2 there is the possibility of practicing various outdoor sports, in a nice and relaxed environment. However, those who manage it do not have clarity and honesty as the most important points. I book a Beach Volleyball match via the "playtomic" app, the app allows you to add up to 10 participants to the match. Therefore we form two teams of 5 and half an hour before the match we all find ourselves at the club to have an aperitif before playing. All 10 of us consume and head to camp. Already here the indication of the field on which we should have played was wrong, but in this case it was a small oversight. We finish our game and the one who I assume is the owner asks us for €28 extra, because there were more than 6 of us playing. I point out to him that it wasn't written anywhere when booking via the app and that it would have been nice if he had notified us beforehand since they saw 10 of us at the table an hour before all together or during the match once it was confirmed the actual number of players, but this was not the case. The owner justifies himself by saying "but it's like this everywhere, even in Scanzo they make you pay more" shame that in Scanzo they specify the cost to be paid for each extra player. After the match we have dinner, when it comes to the bill they forget to let us pay the €28 and contact me via WhatsApp a few minutes later to settle the bill. (and I believed in common sense). Now I understand that you probably can't find a solution with the app, but it remains your problem and not a problem to be passed on to customers. these €28 will cost you 10 people who will hardly set foot in your place again and doing the math on the servant it probably wasn't worth it
