I recently had a very disappointing experience here. I placed a large order at 11:00 AM for pick-up at 1:00 PM, but the order was delayed by an hour. To avoid this issues, I had called the day before to confirm that the restaurant could handle a large order, and I was assured that it would not be a problem. However, when I arrived, I found that there was only one employee handling all the orders, which led to significant delays and made the process very stressful for him. While I sympathize with the employee, this clearly points to poor management. When I finally received the food, it was not only cold but also mediocre in quality. Additionally, several items were missing, including our drinks and a cheese garlic bread. I also ordered mild wings, but I was informed that the restaurant didn’t have mild sauce available. On top of all this, I was charged extra for a medium family combo, despite confirming multiple times that there would be no additional charge when selecting a specialty pizza. Given the overall poor service, delays, and additional charges, I will not be returning to this place.
