Italian First( English below) Pinsa Ottima. Da Ciro il Lattaio puoi trovare un' ottima alternativa alla Pizza. Gustosa e tradizionale. Il locale si trova alla fine del lungomare vecchio e ciò rende il luogo una tappa da fare quando si visita Diamante, pinsa + passeggiata post cena. Ci sono tante varietà ma consiglio altamente la Cacio e Pepe. Unica pecca è la temporanea assenza di birre alla spina quando abbiamo visitato il locale il che potrebbe non essere un grosso problema se offrissero più birre in bottiglia. Il servizio buono ma un pò lento, tuttavia bisogna considerare che in questi periodi di Covid il personale è diminuito un pò ovunque quindi non abbasserei il giudizio per la velocità del servizio. Amazing Pinsa. At Ciro's you can find a Very Good alternative to the Pizza. Very Tasty and traditional ingredients. The place is just next to the sea side and it is perfect so you can enjoy the city after the dinner. They have many types of Pinsa that you can choose but I do suggust Cacio and Pepe or Contadina for Veg option. Only bad point was the lack of draft beers when we visited the place which could not be a problem if they had more than 1 option of types of beers in bottles. Overall very good place. Service was ok bit slow but during the pandemic the staff members are less than usual everywhere so I would not score down for this time also in small city like Diamante the service time is longer than big city so we do recommend to enjoy your holiday and not being impatient.

Very poor service.. we waited one hour and five minutes for our Pinsa.....It was bland and lacked taste. The added annoyance was compounded by an Utalian couple who arrived 15 after our arrival. They ordered 3 pinsas and were served long before us. We already used Ciro over a week ago with a party of 6 people that evening was ok......Never again....no thanks
