Unfortunately the monopoly regime penalizes customers: the only bar open in the historic center and therefore an obligatory destination. Drank the worst spritz of my life. It seemed like it was made to spite me and considering that there is a protocol, I think it takes a certain amount of effort for it to turn out so badly. Perhaps it reflected the character of the person who prepared it: a person with a haughty attitude and unfit to be in the public eye. Not recommended!

New management with young and competent staff, everything is delicious from the breakfasts to the coffee which is really good, a wide choice of savory dishes, all of excellent quality, on request, sandwiches or flatbread made expressly, the flatbread is fresh and really good for lunch, there are very good first courses, I highly recommend the evening meal external and internal aperitif with many tables to sit
