Unable to find her address, we wasted a lot of time trying to contact her via the Glovo platform and waited for a long time nearby, hoping that she would see the messages sent by Glovo, thus causing delays in the deliveries of other orders. Despite everything, after the order was canceled and she contacted us, we delivered the order again without charging her any additional costs. Understand that the phone number is required to resolve these address issues. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but the mix-up was not entirely our fault. Her behavior was really selfish, she only thought about herself, without considering the time we lost because she didn't answer the phone. Please note that since the order was cancelled, we were not obliged to deliver it again.More
