Ordered via the app at a quarter to six. According to the confirmation, the food would be delivered an hour later. At a quarter past seven I called once to see where it was. I got a boy on the phone who became very nervous about my question. He indicated that it would be delivered immediately as soon as the delivery person returned. So the food was already ready. At a quarter to eight still nothing... called again. Many apologies from a lady this time and she angrily told a colleague to leave immediately. 10 minutes later we finally received our ordered meals. Cold now and without compensation. No apologies from the delivery person either. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened (they also take a lot of time when collecting) but it is the last time for us.
