Honestly this is one of the best fish restaurant I've been for a long time and I am a food snob... It's one of the few gems in Ortigia. Fish is directly chosen from the market at the restaurant door step and dishes cooked with so much attention by Chef Gaetano. We have ordered urchin linguine which is so hard to find which I can't recommend highly enough. Home made cozze as a starter, Gaetano's recipe, will leave you speachless. We have concluded with another Chef's signature dessert which again was a surprising new and outstanding taste and a local limoncello! Wine selection is really good although I would recommend to print a wine list although waiter can recommend the best wine for your taste. We tried one of the donnafugata wine.
Staff is friendly, careful and helpful to your need.
