Taste of food aside, which is pretty decent (hence 2 stars), service is one thing that this branch of Church's Texas Chicken needs to work on. I have ordered food 3 times and twice they forgot to add biscuits with my order although I specifically selected the deals that would include honey glazed biscuits (the only reason for ordering food from here). On my 3rd attempt I placed my order online and made sure, from the person over the phone, that my order will include 2 sides alongwith biscuits.Long story short, my order wasn't only not ready when I arrived at the shop, also I had to place the order again. Once again the lady forgot to add biscuits with my order, luckily I was watching when she was preparing my order and I asked if she has added biscuits, and the sides. She forgot everything but chicken. In the end I was informed that this order will include only one side and biscuits and the person over the phone must have made a mistake.To summarize, never order ahead from this place (it is apparently useless), half spicy half non spicy means you'll get a bunch of chicken pieces thrown in the box with no apparent distinction between spicy/non spicy food, ALWAYS check your order because they tend to intentionally forget to add biscuits.In the end the quantity and quality of food isn't worth the money and hassle associated with ordering and managing your order from this place. I would definitely not order food from here again and would go to popeyes instead which has way better service and somewhat more value for money.
