Served me raw chicken with a long black hair. When I complained they denied the long black Indian hair was they're. They also wanted a picture. What!!!! My food was raw!!! And a 3 foot hair was in my sandwich. Skip. Unless you like to eat Indian hair with raw chicken. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just disgusting I was served raw chicken There was also.a black hair wrapped up in my food. I called to tell them. They were rude. The lady at the desk gave me a hard time i paid $12 $for.a gross sandwich RAW CHICKEN. . THEY HUNG UP ON ME AFTER ASKING FOR A PHOTO AFTER ALMOST POISONING ME. PLEASE PASS But the 3 foot hair wrapped around my food was too much.. THEY ARE GROSS PEOPLE HANDELING YOUR FOOD. HARD Pass. Trust me Hard pass

I ordered an 8 pcs mixed chicken only and was told it would be a 15 minute wait. About 10 minutes later, the girl called me to the counter to ask if it was ok if I got only 1 piece of white meat and 7 pieces of legs and thighs. I said no, because I ordered 8 pieces of mixed and getting one piece of wing isn't mixed. She said ok, I'll have to wait 15 minutes for my order. About 25 minutes later, she called my order number and I went to get my fried chicken. All together, I waited just over 40 minutes for my fried chicken. There were 3 people eating inside the restaurant and around 7 more people went into the restaurant after I had ordered. Everyone that ordered fried chicken was told that they would have to wait about 15 minutes. The staff didn't offer anyone a free small cup of soda for waiting. I was wondering why this Church's Fried Chicken doesn't make some fried chicken for the 5 pm dinner rush like all the other locations? The only good thing about that Church's Chicken location is that they have big pieces of fried chicken. The Church's Chicken on Hastings and Nanaimo Street has the smallest pieces of fried chicken of all the locations. The Church's Chicken on Kingsway and Slocan also has big pieces of fried chicken. They have fried chicken under the heat lamp so you are in and out in less than 5 minutes.
