Mine is not intended to be a destructive criticism but on several occasions I have come across the most total indifference on the part of the service staff, despite having been patient for up to 20 minutes in front of the counter. Unbelievably slow staff, perhaps due to inexperience but I felt transparent more than once! Sometimes it would be enough to greet the customer with a "good morning" first of all and then with some specific phrases that reassure the customer while waiting to be served. None of this! At this point, I prefer to go elsewhere. Service: 1
