I was today, 8.03.2023, in the Chocodor confectionery on str. C. Brancoveanu. I bought 2 cakes for children, one heart, one Passion. The passion cake was frozen (I know mousses are kept frozen, but still, when they are displayed, they should be ready to eat). I told the lady in the confectionery, the reaction was like "oh, but they've been out for a while". And the heart cake was spoiled, the taste was of spoiled cream. I returned the plate to the counter, after the 3-year-old had started eating, and said that the cake was broken, to check the others as well. The lady shrugged her shoulders and said that there's no way, that they were frozen, that the cake contains cream for the whipped cream, that maybe it's because of that, etc. It didn't seem like anything to me, I know what whipped cream tastes like, and that cake was clearly adulterated. It bothered me that the lady not only didn't apologize, but she didn't even have the slightest intention to remove the tray of cookies from the window, for checks or to call/call a superior to say that a customer bought a child 3-year-old a broken cake from their window and 7-year-old a frozen cake, like the spoon was bent. If I wanted ice cream, I bought ice cream, not cookies. Maybe OPC should do some more checks on Chocodor as well.
