La cuisine japonaise créée par un chef populaire est merveilleuse ici. Essayez des rouleaux de saumon épicé délicieux. Ce restaurant offre la livraison de plats pour les clients. Vous pourrez être surpris par un prix juste dans Cho SAN Sushi. La plupart du temps, on trouve ici une atmosphère sympa. Ce lieu a reçu une note de 4.2 dans le système de notation de Google.

Fish was fresh and got to eat take right in front of the chef. Food was prepared quickly but a little bit rough around the edges, however the most important part was the fresh fish. Went for lunch and ordered the Big Otoro roll and the daily special. Dined in and no one else was there on a Monday lunch which is expected. Place was clean and stocked with lots of take out ingredients. Don't think I need to come back here, yes it's fresh but being a downtown body, Kitaya ( l beside C&C near the science center) is a better option and taste equally as fresh. Plus they have great hojicha ice cream there. I had seen a lot of Cho San Sushi on IG but never ordered, and only tried it once they opened their physical location. I haven't tried the omakase box that many people have raved about. This review is instead for just the takeout sashimi that we picked from the fridge and had them slice for us. The store is nice and big with different options - you can just shop the selection of sashimi from the fridge or order from their menu which has the signature omakase box and chirashi. I thought the sashimi was fresh and good quality, but did not feel it was any better than Taro's Fish which is the one I buy from more frequently. I will be back to try the omakase sushi but for just sashimi I will probably stick to Taro's Fish.
