Chkeri is a great place to have lunch ot dinner. The nature is wonderful. The sound of the mountain brook is extremely pleasing. The food won't disappoint you either. The ingredients are of high quality. This is very important, especially, in Adjara region. I tasted assorted mkhali (Georgian appetizer from four different types of vegetables). It was delicious. I also had fried trout. It was also quite good (Chkeri specializes in trout). I also sampled Adjarian khachapuri, which was not a disappointment either. It was really well baked with plenty of cheese. I did not try meat dishes, so I cannot make any recommendations about them. And of course it's worth mentioning that the prices are reasonable. I am pretty sure that Chkeri is one of the best restaurants in Gonio and Kvariati.
