I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this is the Chipotle in our neighborhood and we usually come every few weeks. The last three times have been rather disgusting with regards to cleanliness. I have brought this to the attention to staff on our last two visits and no one seems to care. The last time I was there two staff members were having their break eating beside us, finished their meal and added to the overflowing pile of garbage. Didn’t let anyone know and went back to work. Floors are full of litter and tables are dirty. We had to clean our own table with sanitizer! I can’t go back anymore because I’m thoroughly disgusted. So disappointed. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Chicken Bowl

The food is above average and the staff are very friendly. Sadly however, on multiple occasions, the restaurant is consistently dirty. Despite informing management, garbages are over flowing the dining area is unkept. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Burrito, Chicken Al Pastor Burrito Bowl

This is definitely not a chipotle I would want to go back to Ordered a beef and a chicken chipotle via Uber eats to pick up and dine in there The wraps were ready but they had marked them wrong so the beef wrap said chicken and some one who doesn’t eat beef at all ate it I noticed while he was eating it but preferred to be quite instead to freaking him out and having a scene there The wraps were not that great tasting too After a while I went and spoke with the manager about the mess up they had created about the beef and chicken She apologized and said some one will call up and as expected no one called They didn’t offer any refund too The service was good except for the manager who was not helpful Ambiance was fine too However this was not a Chipotle restaurant I would visit again Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
