We stayed overnight at the parking space in Kaufungen and came across the China Garden by chance. A great Chinese restaurant in every respect, which wasn't fully occupied at 2:30 p.m. on a Sunday for nothing. I find the friendliness of the staff particularly worth mentioning. We were asked several times if everything was okay, if there was anything else we wanted, etc. I found the food to be the best of its kind that I have tasted so far. Above all, I didn't find it as gluten-heavy as elsewhere. The restaurant and the sanitary facilities were in immaculate condition. All in all, I can really recommend the China Garden.
