The food was nasty. Chicken fried rice was curry yellow. The chicken balls were not cooked properly. The sweet and sour sauce tasted like perfume The food overall tasted gross. I would not recommend this place at all. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Stopped on a Saturday evening for a quick take out order, nothing complicated. I was told the wait would be 15 minutes or so. I asked after 35 minutes and was told the food is coming. I recieved my order after 45 minutes, a rediculous amount of time for rice and noodles. As I'm waiting, I got a good look at the cleanliness and maintenance of the front of house at China 8. This place is filthy! In my experience, if the customer facing section of a restaurant is not clean and well maintained then the back of house is worse! Maybe, the owners should have their staff do some cleaning instead of sitting by the cash register playing on her phone. The food was good and fresh but I don't like taking chances with food borne illnesses so I will not be returning! We ordered food in person, we ordered by # C4 Dinner for one and S4 Cantonese Chow Mein , when ready they told us Oh by the way our menu changed, so we did not get the proper food we ordered ) in addition the wonton soup broth had gone bad, you could smell it as soon as you opened the container. I called the Fergus Location the server says oh no they ordered by name... umm no my husband does not eat spicy and received Phoenix & Dragon ??? He would not have ordered that by name, Friends did the same , with the same result, wrong food, no apologies etc., And they have not updated their website menu so be careful, lousy custom service .. if you order please DO NOT ORDER THE WONTON SOUP it has gone bad . Would have done minus any star but it would not let me.. DONT EAT HERE
