I have been a guest of this network for several years! This place has gone horribly wrong! We didn’t get any pleasure from the evening dinner, as if we had gone to the dining room... At the reception at the entrance, no one met us, the administrator was talking on the phone, then there were several more guests waiting and the hostess rushed past us with a folder, as if we had to figure out for ourselves whether to follow the girl or not! They brought hodgepodge, but excuse me, it’s just ordinary water with smoked meat and there’s no variety of meat, as it should be, in hodgepodge! The waiter confused crispy eggplant with rolls and simply shrugged her shoulders when she was told about it! They brought food to one person, and the second waited 15 minutes until they at least brought out a cocktail, this is not the standard of service! The duck salad this time is simply disgusting! A huge layer of fat on the duck, and they carried it for 30 minutes! This is too much for a salad! My mother is your idol, but I’ll talk her out of this place so that people don’t spoil their intentions... it’s a shame for the time wasted (Before everything was at the highest level, now, once again, I equate it to a premium class canteen, where they also serve food. I’ll add, when I left, the girl at the reception looked at the computer with a stone face and didn’t even say goodbye!
