I haven't yet tried the in-store experience, but got it delivered through Uber eats. The creme brulé cheesecake tastes like money and cheese and melts in your mouth. Also got the chocolate cheesecake, amazing as it can ever get. But the most noticeable and remarkable factor was the note I got with it... Literally had happy tears reading it... I can't speak to the in-store experience, but ordered through Skip the Dishes, and the slices were way too small for the price. We found the texture of the cheesecake (and crust) to be soft and mushy. Flavour was OK. Would not order again. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other

My kids and I have been to Cheesecake Lab twice now and were met with the most exceptional customer service! The first time we went, Michael went out of his way to prepare a gluten free crepe for my daughter! It was delicious! My son had a Nutella crepe for the first time and his eyes popped out of his head #addicted. Michael and his wife are exceptionally kind and warm and it's always a treat to see them (and pick up something delicious)!
