I shopped this morning at Checkers at Watercrest Mall. The person on the till was Thenjiwe Sikiti. She was surly and unfriendly and certainly not a good advert for your staff. I think she needs some training in customer relations.

Shop for the specials. Not much else as staff seem very disinterested in you. We all have to be at work, not all of us want to be there but make an effort when it comes to customers. Cashier paid more attention to a piece of paper he was filling out than me a paying customer. I will be back but staff attitude needs vast improving

I live 2km from Watercrest and would rather travel into Hillcrest than shop at Checkers Watercrest. Staff and Management are pathetic, the frustration of poorly merchandised shelves and product' that are always out of stock are beyond frustrating. I have addresed this with management on several occasions but to no avail.
