Poor poor que system... Always spend 45min plus in the que , which is so so irritating ... It's never an IN AND OUT !!! The number of cashier's expected to assist the number of customers don't match UP!!!!

This is the second month of system failure...I spent over 30mins on a queue in August 2024. On Saturday 28th September 2024, I walked away without any goods after spending an hour in the store. This should not even be an issue for such a big store...you're a Hyper supermarket, you should be more prepared to handle system failures quickly.

I purchased lamp over the weekend, during the past weekend and was horrified when I was unpacking the meat and it was nothing but FAT! Would the blockman do the same for his family and staff of the store? Are we fooled into specials to get rid of poor quality fatty meat?
