It was our one year anniversary and we had such a great evening at Charcoal Steak House. Our waitress Roby was an absolute gem and made sure our evening was perfect! The food, the wine, the service and the complimentary dessert for our anniversary, it was all fantastic. Looking forward to going back!

We had pigtails and spareribs on a takeout order last evening. If Del Wideman and Rita saw what was sent out they would have fired the chef. It was the worst pigtails and ribs we have ever experienced from Charcoal Steakhouse in the 60 plus years we have been dining there. The ribs and pigtails were burned and dry. Half of one pigtail was missing meat halfway up the pigtail. Sorry to say the ribs ended up in the garbage. You better dig out those recipes of the past or take these items off the menu.
