I'm happy to share my experience at Changcheng Noodle House, a little culinary jewel that won me over from the first taste. Located in the Solari area of Milan, this restaurant turned out to be an amazing discovery thanks to my work colleagues who took me there earlier this year. The first thing to note is that Changcheng Noodle House is a not too big place, so it is wise to book in advance, especially if you are in a large group. I have always had the pleasure of visiting it during my lunch break, and it was a real ritual for me. The thing I appreciate most is their fixed menu, available only for lunch and which also includes a drink. Divided into three sections (A, B, C), each offering 4/5 dish options, it allows you to experiment with different delicious flavours. In addition to the A + B + C option (costing €11), you can choose A + B (€8) or B + C (€9). The quality of the food is consistently exceptional and I can't help but notice the generous portion of food that is served. Furthermore, the experience begins with a pleasant surprise: at the beginning of lunch, dragon clouds are served accompanied by a sweet and sour sauce that immediately immerses you in the oriental atmosphere. The furniture with paintings and the background music contribute to creating an enchanting and authentic atmosphere. I must highlight the speed of service, which has always been impeccable during my visits. The owner is an exquisite person, with an affable manner and a genuine interest in the well-being of his customers. And now, allow me to share some of the delicious dishes I had the pleasure of enjoying during my latest visit: - Vietnamese rolls: filled with prawns, pork, soy noodles and soy sprouts, they are a real explosion of flavours. - Sautéed Ramen: although the name may be misleading, it is actually noodles seasoned with pork and vegetables, an incredibly delicious and full-bodied dish. - Baozi: filled with beef and onion, these morsels are a delicacy that you absolutely shouldn't miss. In summary, if you are looking for a restaurant that offers an extraordinary experience in every aspect, from food to atmosphere, Changcheng Noodle House is the perfect choice. You will not regret it. It has become one of my favorite places, and I can't wait to go back again and again.
