One thing in advance: the food basically deserves 5 stars, which is why I have been enjoying eating or ordering food there for a long time. Always problem-free and great service so far. But lately it's really been taking too long and after the food arrived yesterday after more than two hours, barely lukewarm and then defective, I'm really disappointed now.
