Ce boite de nuit offre un vin bon parmi ses boissons. Les visiteurs n'apprécient pas vraiment prendre un sardine à Chalet Nel Bosco. Un personnel instruit est la seule chose qui puisse gâcher votre soirée dans ce lieu.
A friend's flawless track record of recommendations stretched one restaurant further tonight when he brought me here. It's a classy, conveyor-belt sushi affair with chefs preparing their rolls and various intricate little dishes at the island in the middle. Tastefully laid out in straight lines and elegant accents of gold, they've created a very attractive place to enjoy very well executed and not-overpriced Japanese food.
To get going I opted for a cooked salmon dish served in vinegar, which was extremely simple but tasty, and also a salmon roll. The meat was top quality and the portions generous.
As a hot dish, I had a katsu ramen. While the noodles were themselves unspectacular, it was a decent broth and the breaded chicken was great. I've had better ramen elsewhere but with the addition of a little chilli oil this was a warming and satisfying dish.
All in all, with only sparkling water alongside the food, it came to €30 each - so while not on the bargain end of the market, it was fair dinkum for the quality and skill on offer.
One of my favourite Japanese restaurants in Rome. The owner is japanese and the chefs are japanese as well. I like their fusion selection of sushi and the quality of their Unaghidon is quite good.
