In general, I love this chain of restaurants, but specifically the service at Belaya Dacha is so terrible that, by God, any roadside cafe would leave a more pleasant experience. If you really want to waste a lot of time and go home in a bad mood, you can’t think of a better place. Perhaps they just like to mock people here, so they bring food almost an hour later (such serious sluggishness is unusual for this chain). The hookah man himself doesn’t come up, as is usually the case, and the waiter doesn’t offer to call him either (of course, the client just chose the room with the hookah). There are no questions about the food, but after such a long wait it does not bring any pleasure. The icing on the cake is that specifically at the table where I was sitting, I could clearly hear the work conversations of the employees and the proceedings between them. You can’t find out each other’s mistakes somewhere where there are no clients. A visit can only be recommended for masochistic purposes.
