I've been a loyal customer of Chaeban Ice Cream and have always enjoyed the Abir Al Sham flavor. However, my recent experiences have left me feeling disappointed and confused. On the evening of December 30, 2023, I ordered a small cup with a mix of Abir Al Sham and Prairie Barry. To my surprise, the person at the counter gave me only two small scoops. When I ordered another small cup, I received just one small scoop. Feeling uncertain about the quantity, I visited again on December 31, 2023, and ordered a small cup of Abir Al Sham. This time, a different staff member filled the cup to its entirety. When we inquired about the serving size, we were informed that the policy is to fill the entire cup. This inconsistency in serving sizes has left me questioning the professionalism of the service. It appears that the person behind the counter on the night of December 30th decided to give me less than the actual quantity, leading me to pay for two cups instead of one. Even my son, who ordered a small cup, received only a single scoop, contrary to what we were told about small cup servings. I believe it's essential for customers to be informed about the quantity they are paying for. Going forward, I hope there can be more clarity and consistency in the serving sizes to avoid any misunderstandings. While I plan to continue visiting Chaeban Ice Cream, it would be reassuring to know the exact quantity that comes with each order.
