The service is disgusting! The administrator (I don’t know her name), a blonde woman, is a boor and a liar! We came in, ordered khinkali, asked how long it took - she said 15-20 minutes. After half an hour of waiting, they came and asked and said wait. One portion was brought, no plates or cutlery were served. That is, I have to sit and eat, and my husband has to watch me eat, because they didn’t bring him anything. I came up and asked to take everything with me, so this same administrator started discussing me in front of me! When I told her that I was here and I could hear everything, she replied “well done, listen.” I started explaining to another girl, I don’t know who she works for, that we were told to wait 15-20 minutes, but that administrator started shouting that she said an hour! I answered her that there is no need to deceive. So she continued for another 15 minutes, while we were waiting for everything to be collected for us, walking around and discussing me!!! + to top it all off, upon arriving home we discovered that we had not been given one portion of khinkali!!! And to be honest, khinkali was a weak 3!!! (There is something to compare with)! Terrible establishment, I do not recommend you to visit it! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
