A place like this is a dream. Must try. Simple, clean, what is striking is the taste, the attention to detail and that pinch of madness that gives the ice cream a new taste, the never again is you know that you can only find it here, like in a fairy tale with a happy ending. I would change the name from "Once upon a time" to "We've Got It Made Up". Negative things: A) Drink: terrible Hugo (low quality ingredients, mixed badly and in incorrect proportions - I'm a bartender) B) Eat: cutting board with two cold, hard, fried chips for 15 euros and two pieces of cheese as small as a baby's fingernail C) Paying: that non-stuff cost a whopping 15 euros. I worked in clubs and I would have been ashamed to bring something like this to the table...let alone charge 15 euros for it. I honestly take into account that musicians must also be paid and it is part of my values to fairly reward the work of others...however, drinking and eating was truly an opprobrium. It should also be considered that it is a modest place, certainly not a trendy cocktail bar. You are an ice cream shop and you could even ignore some things... except wanting to cash in by giving the customer very poor products. Don't pose as great evening organizers. Slow service. Positive things: the kindness and friendliness of the owner. In fact, I limit myself to kindness, because sympathy really didn't inspire me that evening. More than anything, I felt "ripped off". I will never go back there again. It's a shame, because the atmosphere was pleasant and I would have brought several friends there, but not getting ripped off.

These evenings are created to create aggregation and participation in the neighborhood. We have fun with them and always offer a new flavor of ice cream. As you well said, we are a small company but I assure you that we are not fooling anyone. I'm only sorry because you could have sent the drink back and spoken directly to the young bartender . Maybe we won't see you at the next evenings but we'll be waiting for you at the ice cream counter because this criticism has given us the inspiration for a new flavor . Good dayMore
