I am happy that our location and structure fascinated you, and that the services were to your liking. I'm sorry about the heating which certainly took a long time to reach the temperature you requested and I sincerely apologize for it! As regards drinks, the list has been reduced as a service requested at the last minute by the organization of your group/event in a location of the Castle other than the bar itself: without any notice we have satisfied the request and I assure you that the bar of the Castello has always offered the complete list of drinks both in low and high season! I'm sorry that you weren't able to connect to the Castle's wi-fi, in fact the three minutes you mentioned are the time the system offers you to complete the authentication: once this operation is completed you no longer have to log in for the entire stay. There are clear instructions in the room and staff always willing to assist, if you had asked we would have gladly guided you through this procedure.
