We got married here on July 14, 2018. I am a bit behind in writing a review! Casale Baldetti was an absolutely amazing venue. My husband is from a small village near Casale Baldetti but we live in Vancouver, Canada so most of our wedding was planned from overseas with the help of my husband's parents in Italy. Sonia went above and beyond and it was so beneficial for me to have someone who spoke English so I could communicate what I wanted. The execution was perfect, from the ceremony area, to the reception area, the food and drinks, the decor, it was better than I could have ever dreamed my wedding to be. Claudio and Pasquelle were equally amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. We had some out of town guests that couldn't get back to the hotel at the end of the evening as there are no cabs or anything so Pasquelle generously made several trips to make sure our guests got back to their accommodations safely. The food was OUT OF THIS world! Every bite, the pizza, the antipasti, the three courses, the wedding cake, the dessert... there wasn't a single item that wasn't mouthwatering. The stunning views of Rome are an added highlight, as is the wine cellar where the delicious wine and cheese took place. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a wedding here, whether you are from Italy or somewhere else. A big thank you to Sonia, Claudio and Pasquelle for making our big day so special and perfect and an event that is still talked about by our Canadian and Italian friends and family almost two years later!
