We ordered 4 courses truffle menu, everything was delicious. Great local wines, very nice ambience and interior, cosy garden. The service was very nice and inviting. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My partner and I went to Lunch on a Saturday for Lunch and our 2 and a half year old son felt, like us, immediately at home...now we understood why Casa Borgia...sitting at the table, in a beautiful room overlooking the olive groves and surrounding countryside, we were welcomed by Mattia, a humble, professional and always available guy... let's get to the gem that completes our splendid morning: The cuisine of Chef Daniele Seviroli and his splendid team... -The starter with stracchinato cream, polenta, leek etc. was sublime -The Ramen with Salento smells and aromas with fresh truffle from "Casa Borgia", crunchy vegetables, cardoncelli mushrooms, eggs from their chickens was scary since it was good and above all abundant -Tortelli with rabbit ragù, cardoncelli and consommé was instead shivering and giving goosebumps -Very original and unique desserts, really... we will be back soon, very soon... Well done to everyone and thanks to Giuliano, the owner, who welcomed us and greeted us with a smile... Guy with a big heart... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
