If you love Itallian food.... this is by far the best itallian restuarant. "Mixed Experience at Casa Bella Montecasino" "Unfortunately, my recent visit to Casa Bella Montecasino was a bit underwhelming and has denfinately not changed since the last visit * Booking Issues: The booking system seemed to have some issues, as our reservation couldn't be found upon arrival. * Service Shortcomings: Our waiter, Mhleli, lacked a good understanding of the menu, both food and drinks orders were misunderstood and had to be clarified multiple times which proved to be challenging and very frustrating. * Poor Customer Etiquette: Once we paid the bill, the waiter simply walked away without any further interaction or acknowledgment. While the food itself was decent, these service issues significantly impacted our overall experience. I hope Casa Bella can improve in these areas."
