Wow the food is phenomenal, and the owner is a genius when it comes to cooking it, it's not greasy and it's definitely not salty, this is food that somebody that has a heart condition like I do can eat. thank you George ,my tummy thanks you, and the memories of amazing Caribbean food are all here. West Hamilton is really lucky to have this Caribbean restaurant because it is definitely one of my favorites, George makes the most incredible jerk pork and goat and steamed saltfish you have ever had, he makes the Flavas pop ,the rice and beans are just delicious ,and his coleslaw wow I don't know what he puts in it but it's beyond yummy. This is the place to spend your money because you are definitely getting a bang for your buck, the portions are generous. If you haven't tried this restaurant you really need to put it on your bucket list. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered a Curry Chicken Roti, portion size was good, however the roti was not fresh and seemed to be reheated, which can be pointed out by the how hard the roti skin gets. This basically made 1/2 of the roti inedible which really sucked because it was my first time ordering from here. Hope they improve on this, it’s lunchtime on a Saturday, there is no reason for me to be getting old reheated roti. Additionally, the curry taste isn’t strong it’s overpowered by another spice mixed in to the curry, I would recommend The Famous Recipe in Hamilton for roti specifically, not sure how the other dishes taste, Overall 3.5/10 Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

I visited Caribbean Flavah recently and was extremely disappointed with the service. One staff member, in particular, was quite rude and had a poor attitude. I felt unwelcome, and it genuinely affected my dining experience. It’s unfortunate because I was looking forward to enjoying a good meal, but the unpleasant service overshadowed everything. I hope the management takes note and improves customer service training so future customers can enjoy both the food and a welcoming atmosphere
