1. I enter the premises today at 11.15am, I sit in the back room greeting three employees. After 15 minutes no one has yet come to take orders, while the place is half empty. 2. Two more customers arrive and wait another ten minutes 3. An employee enters the room to serve a previously occupied table, no sign of interest either towards me or towards the other table 4. The employee reappears and obviously takes the orders of the table occupied after mine 5. My turn comes: 1 coffee and 1 pastry, she brings 2 coffees to the other table and me the requested pastry, but what about my coffee? Maybe it didn't fit on the tray It arrives when I have already eaten the pastry. Ultimately I would have understood the delays if the place had been full of people or there had been only one employee at work, but no, we're not there. The place is excellent, the products too, but the staff needs to be trained better. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
