Hi everyone. Together with a group of friends I wanted to try this Meat House. ENVIRONMENT Once you enter the environment is very elegant and luxurious, it feels like being in a starred restaurant, you are greeted by the waiters cordially with a smile. In the room there are open refrigerators where you can see the types of meat they offer, once you have chosen the cut they prepare in front of you and then proceed with cooking on the grill always in sight. The mise en place is very linear and refined with the underplate and I was struck by the stone cutlery rest. SERVICE The service is very precise and the waiters are trained and kind, ready to give you advice and clarifications on the meats that the Meat House offers. MENU The menu features a wide choice of cuts of meat and dishes. There are also platters of selected cured meats such as Jamon Iberico. Traditional first courses such as Genovese and Scarpariello. Obviously meat is the protagonist. We have chosen two types of cuts: the T-Bone from Manzetta Beneventana and the Tomahawk from Vaca de lomo Galizziana, both exquisite. The first was characterized by a high marbling and very tasty. The second was truly unique, juicy, tender with a strong and inimitable flavour. Both melted in your mouth, no chewing necessary. The meats were served with the hot lava stone if requested and accompanied by the hot super crunch focaccia made by them, really very good. You want to experience high-quality meats with exceptional service. Come here and you won't regret it. One of the best Braceries I've ever tried so far.
