Poor customer service and horrible packaging. Half of our pastries were ruined in the box the cashier packaged them in. I’m happy to support a local bakery, I live next to Cappuccino Bakery. But not when I spend so much money for this kind of service. Service: Take out Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I would give 0 if I could. Went to the bakery for some bread and their hot table today. I asked for two pieces of grilled chicken and was given a half of a piece along with whatever the lady serving could find at the bottom of the pan and for $12.00. Needless to say I chose not to purchase the bits and pieces. I simply said that’s ok I don’t want that not because of the cost but because I wasn’t even getting two pieces of chicken. I decided to go to the cold table and purchase two sandwiches in focaccia. One spinach and one sausage. When I got home I took the sandwiches out of the wax paper they were soggy, they were not edible even after heating. My daughter called to speak to the owner who yelled at her the entire time and told her I was rude when in fact I simply told the woman that’s ok and that I didn’t want the chicken, last $30 this bakery will see from me. GO TO ST PHILIPS BAKERY ON HWY 27 IF YOU WANT QUALITY.

The customer service here is absolutely disgusting, the way they spoke to my mother (who has cancer by the way) was absolutely terrible. Not to mention when I called to discuss the terrible service the owner fully yelled at me the entire time. I have worked at a bakery, in many retail stores, and now am an executive in a law firm. Needless to say, they will be hearing from me again. The manager/owner is so unprofessional and has a disgusting personality. Will definitely be taking my business to St. Phillips down the street that actually has fresh goods. If you're looking for quality food and baked goods and good customer service, this is definitely not the place.
