We stayed in this relais a long time ago, in my opinion it has worsened both in quality and above all in management. Very little transparency in payments and management of the spa. Be careful when booking beauty services because the staff is allowed to make a mistake in making the wrong appointment, but the customer is not. in fact they made us pay for treatments not carried out due to management errors on everyone's part. Restaurant closed (to be fair it had to be said) as we had dinner in the breakfast room at the same price. Money very badly spent. I won't add anything else in terms of the lady's rudeness and lack of empathy. To date, not recommended

We spent a weekend there at the end of November. Definitely a nice place, very special. Certainly in summer you can appreciate the entire external context much more. In our opinion, it remains very expensive compared to the services offered (for example the breakfast is absolutely not up to par for the cost) and the state of the structure (inaccurate cleaning, maintenance that can be reviewed). The real flaw, however, is the lack of transparency. From the booking conditions, which are in some ways less advantageous when booking directly with the facility, for example the obligation to eat at least one dinner in the restaurant, which is not expected when booking through other sites; or the less flexible cancellation conditions compared to other sites (although it must be said that they allowed us to postpone the booking by a few weeks due to illness). The thing we were really disappointed about was the Spa. First of all, it is not indicated that it is not inside the structure, in reality it is detached and to go there you need to travel by car. Furthermore, the possibility of booking it entirely exclusively is advertised (and also charged as if it were such, 170 euros per couple for approximately 2 hours), but in reality you only have exclusive use of the single service you are using (yes is alone in the pool, but there are other people in the sauna and still others in the Turkish bath or relaxation room). This means that instead of enjoying the structure entirely at your own pace, there is always someone who comes to call you after the time has passed because it's someone else's turn to use that service. Relaxation area anything but relaxing (located above the swimming pool, when the hydrojets or waterfalls leave you can hear all the noises, as well as the voices of practically all the people inside the structure). Finally, again due to the lack of transparency already mentioned, when asking the hotel it is indicated that the route takes around 3 hours, while in reality it is around two, also stated in an information phone call that we heard while we were in the relaxation room. And even in the phone call it is said in a less than transparent way that you are alone in the Spa. A very positive note was the massage, which was really appreciated. I visited the Cappuccini Resort for a work project, so let me start by saying that I was able to get to know some aspects in a privileged way. However, I want to say that the owners and the staff are truly exquisite people and, having eaten in their company, you eat really well! I didn't stay, due to lack of time and unfortunately the 'gloomy' day didn't allow me to fully appreciate the landscape, but from what I saw in the fog it was truly beautiful!
