Restaurant that has an obvious problem with Deliveroo, given that out of 3 order attempts on 3 different occasions, we were unable to complete 1. 1st time order rejected, we call for information and they tell us "The fryer broke down, we can't make fried foods and therefore we don't do deliveries". 2nd time we order and we are given the next day delivery time; we call and they tell us that there are too many customers to keep up with the deliveries. 3rd time order rejected, we call and the internet doesn't work in the store to accept deliveries. At Road House, a shop partly in Capatoast, the internet works and the order is delivered to us. I don't think there will be a fourth attempt at deliveries; It's a shame because we've always had a good experience in other places in the same chain, but with the one in the globe, between delivery service and restaurant service, we're tired of trusting.
