Wish I could give zero stars lol. We ordered from here and actually just didn’t receive any food or notice of order cancellation or even a refund yet. Didnt deliver and kept our money, no response to emails or messages either. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$40–50

Terrible I did not receive my order and here I am famished and so I messaged support to find out that they do not have enough drivers so my order was canceled and then they said I should be receiving a refund in a few days. Boo, that was my last of my funds I had.

Stephanie, we really wanted to provide a good service but we apologize for not being able to fulfill the order due to not having enough capacity. We refunded your visa within 40 minutes of your initial order. It's just that we do not have control over how long the process for the bank/visa to process the credit.
