This meal was so good. After traveling to Peru last fall, this is the Peruvian fusion I didn’t know I’d love! The duck was so braised, tender, and flavorful and yet had a magnificent crunchy skin. So rich and savory. And the risotto. That was banger. The yellow amarillo sauce went super well with the rice. Wonderful soft and well soaked in the flavor. Paired well with each bite of duck. The read prawn croquettes were amazing too. The inside seemed blended with a Peruvian sweet potato and had a great slightly crunchy exoskeleton. Normally, I’m suspect of restaurants within hotels but I highly recommend this place for a great meal! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €60–70 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

It doesn't have any Peruvian food, just the name... We ordered a carapulcra, it was sour, without rice and 25 euros a plate, rice with duck, it was a risotto not a rice, the grilled chicken was just a chicken with rucola without potatoes , the potatoes aside.. The restaurant is very nice.. To have a few drinks it is fine but to eat Peruvian food I do not recommend it.. It does not have any of the Peruvian seasoning. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €100+

If you are looking for a friendly canteen for a tasty lunch time, go your way. The Cantina Valentina is quite the opposite. As if the management had decided to invest everything in an instagram-friendly setting, forgetting that people also came there to eat. To pin down: failed dishes (the quinoto, a heap of quinoa poorly cooked in an oil bath, flanked by 3 slices of unripe avocado, for the trifle of €16; the beef tartare without seasoning); the lack of professionalism of the staff (error in the order, error in the addition, no reaction when we made by our disappointment), and unjustified prices for the quality of what is served.
