Cannoleria is trying to be an authentic Italian place in the fancy parts of Bucharest and it succeeds.Their terrace has a nice cozy vibe reminiscent of Sicillian portraits and the accompanying music gives a familiar feeling.The service is top notch, as our waiter was always eager, exchanging a few jokes and ready to accommodate our needs.The prices are a bit above average compared to other Italian restaurants, but given the location and the quality of the ingredients it's more than natural.Now the food was exquisite. We had the Gricia and the Quattro Formaggi pinse with were amazing. The Gricia is basically a carbonara on dough, with crispy guanciale and pecorino, and the Quattro Formaggi has an intense taste of fontina which is hard to come by. The desserts were great too. Tiramisu was very smooth and creamy, the Tarta a la nonna was a pleasant surprise with a crumbly texture. But the star is the cannolo, which is very rich, dough not too crumbly, yet very chewy and tasty.Cannoleria is a nice place for a romantic dinner and a specific Italian meal.
