The place for everyone who wants to train, continue their education or do a seminar. Mega large area with everything an event heart desires. Well-equipped seminar rooms and meeting rooms with excellent technology. Plus a great all-round, worry-free service and lots of hard-working hands in the background who ensure that everything runs smoothly and functions perfectly. A really great cinema what is on offer here. There is sufficient parking space available, as well as enough hotel rooms. Every need is catered for. Were two great seminar days that left nothing to be desired. If you can and want to, you can have a nice nightcap in the in-house bar in the evening before going to bed. Once again a big compliment to all the hard-working and friendly employees who tirelessly ensure that you feel completely comfortable. Beware of the EV charging system at Campus Sursee! Recently, I faced a significant overcharge issue. The payment system erroneously charged me 89.93 CHF, which is tenfold the expected amount. Additionally, the charging process itself was disappointingly slow and inefficient. To make matters worse, the Austrian company managing these stations lacks proper customer service channels, with no straightforward hotline or email for assistance. Getting a response and resolving such issues becomes an uphill task. I strongly advise the infrastructure manager to consider upgrading to more efficient and reliable charging stations. The current ones not only cause inconvenience but also risk damaging the reputation of Campus Sursee. Quality and reliability in services are crucial, and in this case, there's a significant room for improvement. Or else you will be swamped in complains. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
