A few years ago, I stopped purchasing from this store due to the Horrendous service. I had it taken up with management and their reply was somewhat, "If you don't like it, purchase from elsewhere." This is literally 3-4 years later, I was really feeling for a creamy pizza and decided to order only to find that nothing has changed. We placed an order over the phone and the guy who noted our order was insanely rude to the point where he screamed when asked him to repeat something as we didn't hear. It's terrible how you guys treat your customers. The food is great but seriously do you guys not care about treating people well? I doubt so because all these years later, it wouldn't be the same. It's truly so disappointing because the food is great but I personally prefer to average food and be treated well rather than eat a good meal but feel upset about the way we are treated.
