Le décor est sympa et les plats sont bons mais sans plus. Faites attention car le serveur vous pose des morceaux de pain avec de l'huile d'olive et une carafe d'eau sans dire quoi que ce soit. Et surprise, ils sont facturés dans l'addition : 6€ pour le pain et 2€ pour l'eau... D'où les 2 étoiles car c'est un peu de l'arnaque !

Mi dispiace per come si sente, ma di certo non facciamo questo lavoro per “rubare”, siamo dei professionisti e il prezzo di 2 euro a persona è per il pane a lievito madre cotto a forno a legna con grani antichi, in più degustazione di olio evo, uno dei migliori produttori d’Italia che costa 40 euro al litro. L’acqua costa 2 euro ed è filtrata e addolcita da un macchinario fatto a posta che sanifica l’acqua e consuma energia elettrica e sale. Spero che adesso lei possa capire, considerando il fatto che non facciamo pagare il servizio è neanche il coperto. La prossima volta se non ha usufruito di tutto questo, può farlo presente così possiamo toglierlo dal conto. Arrivederci!

I don't usually leave negative reviews but this time it feels right. We were looking for a place to eat in Trastevere, relying on the good reviews of this restaurant we decided to call and book a table for two. We show up precisely at the time agreed upon by telephone (8.30pm), we enter the restaurant and the girl welcomes us in a very abrupt manner (restaurant style looking for diners) saying "for two?? Sit here” without even giving us a chance to say hello. We reply by saying “yes, we really would have booked the table” and she says “ok. It's going great here." Nice place, wobbly table and rude service. We sit down, look at the menu and order two second courses, two glasses of wine and a bottle of water. The dishes arrive immediately and regarding the food I would say that I was disappointed as the cost of the dishes is absolutely not proportional to the quality. We ordered a simple sandwich (industrial American style bread) with a good-tasting hamburger and sauces inside, accompanied by (frozen) french fries at a cost of 21 euros which was absolutely exaggerated... and a chewy cut whose cut of meat was small and rich in hard and nervous areas, accompanied by very good vegetables. Cost of the dish 29 euros. The glasses of wine whose price was not known in advance were 9 euros per glass so two glasses (rasi) cost the same as a bottle. At a certain point, while I was still eating, the waitress came over to take away my plate, she noticed it and left embarrassed... once we'd finished eating, they immediately came to clear the table for us, asking if we wanted anything else and we asked for some time to decide . After a while they come back and we order a dessert to share and the waiter with a kind manner asks us to move from the table, which we found very bizarre. After the dessert also arrived (a portion of tiramisu at a cost of 8 euros) we asked for the bill... 79.50 euros in which they had added a coffee that was never ordered. We point this out to the girl who passes by with the POS for payments and she calmly replies "so it's 78." Without even apologizing. We pay, I get up to go to the bathroom and in my absence the waiter arrives to ask my boyfriend to leave the table (9.40pm). In short. We paid dearly and ate quickly and with pressure. Their interest is to fill the place with continuous turnover. If you don't want to get nervous, don't enter Cambio Trastevere.
