I love this place! I have celiac and they are always very cautious and helpful when I order. Food is always fresh and really fast! Their customer service is awesome and I'm never disappointed. Will always go back!

~Upset & Disappointed :( -I went out for soup at California Thai Fussion Cuisine after a movie date with my daughter Morgan-my favourite soup is a Thai coconut milk based-I ordered one order for us to share, with a side of steamed rice-and 2 orders to go-when our soup arrived, it was way too sweet, watery, missing ingredients and spices-went up to the counter to let them know I didn't want the two orders of soup that I was going to change it because it was not what I expected and tasted terrible-the server\cook said okay-They ended up making it anyways and brought it to my table as I went to pay my bill. I said what soup was it, did they change it? They said no it was the orginal order-I said I didn't want that type of soup due to not liking that soup- that I had asked for different order if they could help with having the new order put through- The sever\cook Yan came rushing to our table, was talking very did loudly and abruptly on how it was my fault that I ordered wrong and that I needed to pay all the bill or she was calling the police-I said I had no problem paying for the soup we ate and ordered that I was not going to pay for the takeout because the soup was terrible and I had asked her not to make the two take out orders- I was going to change it after I re-looked the the other soups in the menu-all this time I could hear and see the main cook yelling and swearing from the open kitchen. Morgan said mom look she's recording us! I picked up my phone walked to the counter and let both the server Yan and the male head cook know I was recording them both as well as taking their photos-that I was livid at them recording my daughter-the angle she was at- she could not recording me at all, but only be recording my 14 yr old daughter that was facing her-due to us sitting in a booth- As the cooking was still yelling, swearing, and the server again being insulting, loud taking telling me repeatedly this is Canada and she knew her rights that she was going to call the police- I said you're right this is Canada and what you're doing is wrong, how you're talking, acting and treating customers is very unprofessional, rude and uncalled for- I told her I was already on the phone calling the police-talked to an officer on the non-emergency line-The police officer that I talked too basically said it was a civil matter, and to ask again to pay the bill which I said already offered to pay multiple time-as I was on the phone they adjusted the bill- I paid it The police officer suggested that I call The Better Business Bureau - use social media and Yelp Was left upset, taken aback-My daughter Morgan was rattled, unsettled and pretty stressed about the whole thing-
