As we ordered drinks they also fed us on the house. Staff are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is great sitting outside in warm weather with good music... Highly recommend

We ended up at this restaurant on a Wednesday night because Luzzi was closed. I ordered a salmon and shrimp salad for my mother and a tomato, mozzarella and ham pizza for myself. A bit later, the waiter arrived with two pizzas: my pizza and a shrimp pizza for my mother. After explaining that my mother had actually ordered a salad, he took the pizza again and brought a salad instead. While the pizza was fine, the salad was a huge letdown. The salad consisted of two types of lettuce, corn, a few olives, a few tomato pieces, and shrimps. There was no trace of salmon whatsoever. When another waiter collected our empty plates, I told him that my mother was not happy with her salad as it didn't contain any salmon. He took our complaint to the waiter who had taken our order, they discussed in Italian and claimed we had ordered just a shrimp salad. However, the funny thing is that they didn't even have a shrimp salad on their menu.

We will never go to Faiola again and recommend you to stay away from their overpriced salads or even the restaurant entirely. Luzzi, which is located just across the street, is a far better option and well worth a short wait for a table.
