Entrez pour une boisson après une longue promenage autour de Bagatti Valsecchi Museum. Si vous n'avez jamais goûté la cuisine cuisine italienne, venez à ce restaurant. Hotel Manzoni est si bien placé qu'on peut y accéder en utilisant n'importe quel transport. Le succès de ce lieu serait impossible sans un personnel patient. Un service décontracté est ce que les invités aiment ici. Il y a une atmosphère agréable et un décor beau à cet endroit. Les utilisateurs de Google qui sont allés à ce restaurant déclarent que la note la plus appropriée est 4.8.

Excellent hotel au cœur de Milan. Tout y est parfait la réception, le service, les chambres. Je conseille vivement. Désormais, c’est mon adresse à Milan.

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel à l'accueil très agréable parlant français. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Nous avions une voiture de location et l'hôtel nous a proposé de faire la déclaration aux autorités concernant l'entrée dans la zone C. Nous leur avons fait confiance. Malheureusement un mois plus tard, nous avons reçu une amende comme si nous n'avions pas payer la taxe. Après discussion avec l'hôtel, leur collègue du parking a transmis à l'hôtel un mauvais numéro de plaque d'immatriculation et donc notre véhicule n'a pas été enregistré. Sur notre facture, nous avons bien payé 7.50 euros de taxe ZTL et 50 euros par jour de parking + l'amende. L'hôtel n'a pas remboursé l'amende alors qu'il s'agissait bien d'une erreur de leur part. L'hôtel a seulement proposé une geste commercial pour un futur séjour. Nous ne reviendrons sûrement jamais à Milan. Conclusion, faîtes votre déclaration d'entrée en zone ZTL vous-même car en cas d'erreur de l'hôtel, c'est vous qui paierez l'amende.

I'm at a loss for words to describe how disappointed I was with my stay from July 4th to 7th, 2025. A stay that I had been looking forward to for months. However, I want to preface my review by commenting on the staff who were nothing short of amazing. Whether it was the doorman, the staff in the breakfast room, the bar, or reception. Every single staff member was an absolute delight to deal with and a true professional. I booked a classic double room which cost 470 euro a night which when converted cost me $837.00 per night which is a lot of money. Sadly, the room (202) booked under Livingston that was allocated to my husband and me was tired, which at that price is just not OK. 1. The curtains in the room had not been made properly and light entered the room from the bottom of the curtains and also from the top of the curtains. This is an absolute no no for me. I have to have a dark room and for a hotel of that standard not to have 100% block out blinds is unacceptable. Blackout curtains or blinds that ensure a completely dark room are a standard feature in luxury hotels (4–5 stars), especially at €470/night. Proper window treatments are essential, particularly for those sensitive to light like me. This oversight reflects poor attention to detail or outdated room design. Industry standards as seen in reviews of high-end hotels on other platforms, emphasise blackout capabilities as a basic expectation in this price range. 2. All of the marble in the bathroom was etched, and the basin had a large chip out of it. 3. The exhaust fans in the bathroom were not working. So every time you had a shower, the room was completely fogged up and you couldn't see a thing. We reported this to the front reception. They sent someone up to have a look, and that person was going to contact maintenance. Nothing ever happened. 4. It's hard to believe, but the toilet lid was not soft-close. Needless to say, what the outcome was, especially at night and also when you have been living with soft-close toilet lids for over 20 years. 5. The noise that we could hear from our room during the night was just completely unacceptable. You could hear: Toilets flushing People walking Chairs being dragged across the floor The noise from outside your room was so loud you would swear they were inside your room. I so wanted to love this hotel but i didn't. NO ONE should have to stay in a room that is tired. Hotel Manzoni needs to have ongoing maintenance of all rooms.
